Recreation Administration

This course examined personnel, financial and organizational management principles, practices, and policies related to the recreation industry. It explored general personnel management, organizational management, and the budget process. Hadley learned about revenue sources, budget formats, and managing full-time, part-time, and seasonal personnel.
